General FAQs

What are compression garments?

Compression garments are specially designed clothing items made from elastic and tight-fitting materials. They apply pressure to specific areas of the body to improve blood circulation, reduce swelling, and provide support.

How do compression garments work?

Compression garments work by applying graduated pressure, which means they are tighter at the extremities and gradually decrease in pressure towards the core. This helps push blood back up to the heart, reducing the risk of blood pooling and improving circulation.

What are the benefits of wearing compression garments?

Compression garments offer various benefits, such as reducing muscle fatigue and soreness, improving performance during physical activities, minimizing swelling and edema, and aiding in post-surgery recovery.

Who can benefit from wearing compression garments?

Compression garments can benefit a wide range of individuals, including athletes, pregnant women, individuals with circulatory issues, people who stand or sit for extended periods, and those recovering from surgery or injuries.
