Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are in new condition and still in their original packaging within 90 days of the original purchase date. If a product has been tried on, it is eligible for store credit or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase (Marena garments are not eligible for an exchange, if opened). Please note that worn products must be laundered before returning, as not all worn items may be accepted due to federal health regulations. Products that have been damaged due to consumer negligence may not be eligible for return.

Fees, Exceptions, and Regulations

For orders that are being returned for a refund, there will be a shipping charge of $5.99 added for orders with 1 or 2 items and a charge of $10.99 for orders with 3 items or more to help cover part of the shipping costs of sending and returning the items. Exchange prices will be based on the website's current prices at the time the exchange is requested. Please note that this policy is subject to change without prior notice. Marena products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Certain brands only qualify for exchange if they have not been worn (Marena garments, nighttime compression garments). All dyed to order items (Juzo Trend and Juzo Signature Prints) are considered non-returnable items since they are custom made. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders returned due to an insufficient address, customers will be charged a re-shipment fee of $6.95 or $9.95 for three items or more.
