Good question! The difference between the two armsleeves is the material that they use. The Jobst Bella Lite provides a softer, more comfortable material and is meant for more mild edema. On the other hand, the Jobst Bella Strong offers better containment for edema, is our most popular Jobst sleeve, and is better suited for moderate to severe edema.
