Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Know What Size I Need?

Great question! To get your size, you'll need to take a few different measurements. Here's the measurements that you'll need to take for the Juzo Soft Knee-High Stockings:

      1. Ankle Circumference: Measure the circumference of your ankle just above the ankle bone
      2. Calf Circumference: Measure the circumference of your calf at the thickest part of the calf (usually just below the knee)Calf Length: Measure from the bottom of your heel to just below the bend in your knee
      3. Calf Length: Measure from the bottom of your heel to just below the bend in your knee (where you would want the knee-high to stop on your leg)

For Juzo Soft Thigh-Highs and Juzo Soft Pantyhose, you'll need to get both the ankle and calf circumference and also two additional measurements:

      1. Thigh Circumference: Measure the circumference of your thigh at the thickest part (top of the thigh)
      2. Leg Length: Measure from the bottom of your heel to the top of your leg (just below where your butt starts, where you would want the thigh-high to stop)

Once you get those measurements, you'll input them in the size finder on each of the product pages (or use the sizing chart) to find what size you need. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to one of our team members for help, and we would be more than happy to assist!

How to Take Care of My Stockings?

To maintain therapeutic effectiveness, it's recommended to wash your compression garments after every use. To wash the stockings, you can put them in the washer, but put them on the lowest permanent press setting and wash them with light colors. Also, make sure to use a mild detergent when washing the garments.

Make sure to not use any fabric softeners, bleach or chlorine with the garments since this will damage them.

To dry the garment, you can either put them in the dryer or lay them out to dry.
