Good question! The difference between the two armsleeves is the material that they use. The Mediven Comfort provides a softer, more comfortable material and is meant for more mild edema. On the other hand, the Mediven Harmony offers better containment for edema, is our most popular Mediven sleeve, and is better suited for moderate edema compared to the Comfort.
